These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you visit www.rocherri.com, create an account, or purchase a product from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Rocherri is operated by Rocherri LLC, 7901 4th St N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, Florida 33702, United States (“Rocherri,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You can contact us at hi@rocherri.com. 1. ELIGIBILITY AND WEBSITE USE You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, introduce malicious code, scrape it using automated means without permission, or use its content or products for unlawful or fraudulent activity. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity conducted through your account. Please provide current and accurate information when placing an order. 2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, and images accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, and the nature of the material. All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product descriptions, availability, or pricing. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding with the corrected information or receiving a cancellation and refund. 3. ORDERS Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation indicating that it has been accepted or shipped. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, or delivery restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item or order to the original payment method. 4. PRICES, PAYMENT, AND TAXES Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown when you place it, unless there is an obvious error. Shipping charges and applicable taxes, duties, or fees will be displayed at checkout when available. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you select for the total shown at checkout. For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes, or carrier fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Rocherri unless checkout expressly states that they are included. 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date. Processing time may be separate from transit time. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue. If we cannot ship within the time stated at purchase—or, when no shipping time was stated, within the period required by applicable law—we will notify you and offer any options required by law, which may include agreeing to a revised date or canceling for a refund. Risk of loss and title pass as determined by applicable law. If a package is shown as lost or arrives damaged, contact hi@rocherri.com promptly with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the package and product so we can investigate and assist. 6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS Unless an item is marked “final sale” or falls within an exception below, you may request a return within 14 days after delivery by emailing hi@rocherri.com with your order number. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and returned with its original tags and any protective packaging. Trying on an item solely to assess fit does not make it used, provided it remains in returnable condition. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry, underwear, swimwear without an intact hygiene liner, cosmetics, and other sealed hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned after their seal or protective packaging has been opened, except where defective or where applicable law requires otherwise. Customized or personalized products and clearly identified final-sale items are also non-returnable except where defective or required by law. Unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from our error. We recommend using a tracked return service because we cannot process a return we do not receive. After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 7–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, contact us promptly. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under the consumer laws applicable to you. 7. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. We may cancel or refuse a promotion where it has been used fraudulently or contrary to its stated conditions. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Rocherri name, branding, website design, photographs, graphics, videos, text, product designs, and other original content on this website are owned by or licensed to Rocherri and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where the law expressly allows it. 9. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing. You keep ownership of your content, but grant Rocherri a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and share it in connection with operating and promoting Rocherri. We will request any additional permission required for uses not reasonably connected with that purpose. We may remove customer content that violates these Terms. We are not required to publish every submission. 10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, such as payment processors, delivery carriers, or social platforms. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Rocherri is not responsible for a third party’s independent website or service, but this does not affect any responsibility we have for fulfilling your order. 11. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may occasionally contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those expressly provided or required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rocherri will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Rocherri’s total liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where a limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. These Terms also do not limit mandatory consumer rights. 12. PRIVACY Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that policy. 13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms when our business, website, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively and will not alter the terms governing an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you. 14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact hi@rocherri.com so we can try to resolve the concern directly. Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms may be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Florida, except where the mandatory consumer laws of your place of residence give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or require another law or forum to apply. 15. GENERAL TERMS If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with any policies or additional terms expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement between you and Rocherri concerning use of the website and purchases made through it. 16.
