Definitions and key terms
To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:
-Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Rocherri, that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.
-Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Rocherri Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
-Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Rocherri and use the services.
-Service: refers to the service provided by Rocherri as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
-Website: Rocherri."’s" site, which can be accessed via this URL: www.rocherri.com
-You: a person or entity that is registered with Rocherri to use the Services.
Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Rocherri. We appreciate the fact that you like to shop from our website. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Rocherri. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Rocherri, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date for USA, Europe, Japan and no later than 3 weeks for all other regions. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
-Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production partner facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
-Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
If you do not cover the reshipping cost within 5 days after an order is returned to our production partner's facility, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
Rocherri LLC does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Please contact us before returning any products.
Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact us at email@example.com and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Rocherri LLC reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
We at ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is custom-made to your specifications, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the raw materials for the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Rocherri is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:
-We DO NOT allow returns on sold products - online or in retail outlets
-We DO NOT accept returned goods, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products.
-Refunds are NOT given once an order has been fulfilled for any purchases made- be they online or in retail store.
-We DO NOT offer exchanges of our products.
-We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.
For International Orders:
-We do not support Exchanges or Returns.
-If you cancel the order before we process it and dispatch for shipping, a refund can be processed. Orders generally take 1-2 days to process before dispatch.
-Orders already in shipping cannot be returned, canceled or refunded.
-If you face any issues, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.

Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy
